Description
SNIPER (ABL) -044 is a heterobifunctional degrader that conjugates the ABL inhibitor HG-7-85-01 to the IAP ligand Bestatin. It induces the degradation of BCR-ABL with a DC50 of 10 μM, providing a useful chemical tool for targeted protein degradation research in chronic myeloid leukemia models, both in vitro and in vivo.
