Description
SNIPER (ABL) -033 is a heterobifunctional degrader that conjugates an ABL kinase inhibitor to an IAP ligand. It effectively induces degradation of BCR-ABL protein with a DC50 of 0.3 μM. This compound is a useful research tool for investigating targeted protein degradation in models of chronic myeloid leukemia.
