Description
SNIPER (ABL) -013 is a heterobifunctional degrader that conjugates the ABL inhibitor GNF5 to the IAP ligand Bestatin. It induces proteasomal degradation of BCR-ABL with a DC50 of 20 μM, providing a valuable chemical tool for targeted protein degradation research in chronic myeloid leukemia models, both in vitro and in vivo.
