Description
SNIPER (ABL) -049 is a heterobifunctional degrader that conjugates Imatinib and Bestatin to target BCR-ABL. It effectively induces the degradation of BCR-ABL protein with a DC50 of 100 μM, providing a useful chemical tool for probing degradation pathways in chronic myeloid leukemia research, both in vitro and in vivo.
