• Description :

  BMS-351 (compound 18) is a potent, oral active, nonsteroidal CYP17A1 lyase inhibitor with the IC50 values of 19 nM and 4 nM aganist human CYP17A1 and cynomolgus monkeys CYP17A1, respectively. BMS-351 can be used for the study of castration-resistant prostate cancer[1].
