• Description:

  Antitumor agent-110 (compound 13) is an anticancer imidazotetrazine with good permeability properties. Antitumor agent-110 arrests cell cycel at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis[1]. Antitumor agent-110 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
