• Description :

  VF-149 is a Ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor. VF-149 significantly inhibits Plasmodium falciparum growth with an IC50 of 6.4 μM. VF-149 has antimalarial and antitumor activities. VF-149 can be used for malarial infections and cancers research[1].
