It suppresses the expression of the axin2 gene, demonstrating an IC50 value of 0.84 μM, and exhibits high affinity for β-catenin with a Kd of 0.63 μM. Additionally, Antitumor agent-171 inhibits the viability of HCT116 cells with an IC50 of 4.39 μM. It activates T cells, enhances antigen presentation, and shows antitumor activity and favorable pharmacokinetic properties in murine models.
