  RTx-161 is an allosteric Pol? polymerase inhibitor with an IC50 value of 4.1 nM. It selectively kills HR-deficient cancer cells and inhibits PARP inhibitor (PARPi) resistance across various genetic backgrounds, including HR-proficient cells. RTx-161 also induces apoptosis.
