• Bioactivity :

  Apoptosisinducer 24 (Compound 4) inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer cells with an IC50 range of 1.2-4.8 ?M. It arrests the cell cycle at the G2/M phase, induces apoptosis in BGC-823 cells, and causes mitochondrial dysfunction. In mice, Apoptosisinducer 24 exhibits antitumor activity without significant toxicity, having an LD50 of 91.2 mg/kg.
