Description
SNIPER (ABL) -050 is a bifunctional degrader conjugate comprising Imatinib (an ABL kinase inhibitor) linked to an IAP ligand. This PROTAC-like molecule induces degradation of the BCR-ABL oncoprotein and is a valuable tool for investigating targeted protein degradation in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) research, both in cellular and animal models.
