  HUP-46 is a BBB-penatrable modulator of αSyn dimerization and autophagy. HUP-46 reduces the ratio of pPP2A/PP2A, increases the autophagy marker LC3BII levels, and decreases αSyn dimerization. HUP-46 can be used for research of neurodegenerative diseases[1].
