• Description :

  Antituberculosis agent-13 (Compound 11) inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis, that inhibits Mtb wildtype and mutated strains with IC50 of 4-62.5 nM. Antituberculosis agent-13 exhibits anti-leukemia activity that inhibits MOLM-13 with IC50 of 3.8 μM[1].
