• Description :

  SP-8008 is a selective shear stress-induced platelet aggregation (SIPA) inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.44 μM. SP-8008 effectively interferes von Willebrand factor (vWF) and platelet glycoprotein (GP) Ib interaction. SP-8008 exerts its antithrombotic effect by selectively inhibiting shear stress-induced platelet aggregation[1].
