  MDL 27032 is an active site-directed inhibitor of protein kinase C (PKC) and cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) with Ki values of 24 and 14.3μM. MDL 27032 can relaxe vascular smooth muscle and can be used as vasodilator[1].
