  BB-22 is a third generation SPICE/K2 cannabinoid wih dopamine (DA) stimulant properties. BB-22 shows affinity to CB1 receptors with a Ki value of 0.11 nM and an EC50 value of 2.9 nM. BB-22 also stimulates CB1-induced [35S]GTPγS binding[1].
