Description
Keap1-Nrf2-IN-25 (Compound 19) is a potent small-molecule inhibitor of the Keap1-Nrf2 interaction, with an IC50 of 0.55 μM and a Kd of 0.50 μM. It activates the Nrf2 pathway, reducing ROS and pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL-1β and IL-6, and has demonstrated protective efficacy in a DSS-induced murine colitis model.
