Description
Keap1-Nrf2-IN-4 is a potent neddylation inhibitor with anti-tumor activity. It inhibits proliferation (IC50=2.55 μM in MGC-803 cells), migration, and induces apoptosis in vitro, and suppresses tumor growth in vivo with low toxicity, making it a useful research tool for cancer and neddylation pathway studies.
