• Description :

  TK-684 is a potent and selective allosteric SHP2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 2.1, > 1000 nM for SHP2WT, SHP22PTP, respectively. TK-684 inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. TK-684 decreases the protein expression of p-AKT, p-ERK[1].
