• Description :

  Hyp-dBET1 is a PROTAC degrader targeting BRD4. Hyp-dBET1 has an IC50 value of 3.4 μM in MDA-MB-231 cells. Hyp-dBET1 can be activated by hypoxia and recruit the E3 ubiquitin ligase and degrade BRD4 through ubiquitin-proteasome system. Hyp-dBET1 can be used for anti-tumor study[1].
