• Description :

  YM-534, an imidazole compound, is an anti-cancer agent. YM-534 inhibits HL-60 cells with an IC50 of 2.5 μM. YM-534 retards the processing of preribosomal to ribosomal RNA of HL-60 cells. YM-534 can be used for the study of promyelocytic leukemia[1].
