Description
22-SLF is a PROTAC molecule that induces FBXO22-dependent degradation of FKBP12 (DC50 = 0.5 μM) . It also demonstrates activity against other targets like BRD4 and the EML4-ALK fusion protein, making it a useful chemical probe for studying targeted protein degradation in cancer and disease models both in vitro and in vivo.
