SLF TFA is a synthetic FKBP ligand with a 3.1 μM affinity for FKBP51 and a 2.6 μM IC50 for FKBP12. It is widely used as a key recruiting element in PROTAC synthesis for targeted protein degradation research in both cellular and in vivo models.
