Description
PROTAC EED degrader-2 is a potent, heterobifunctional molecule that targets the EED subunit of the PRC2 complex for degradation (pKD 9.27) and inhibits its methyltransferase activity (pIC50 8.11) . This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study PRC2 biology, epigenetic regulation, and targeted protein degradation in oncology research.
