Anti-hScrib | Protein LAP4
- Background: Scribble human homologue,hScrib, is a substrate of ubiquitin-mediated degradation by human papillomavirus E6 and the E6AP ubiquitin-protein ligase. hScrib is localised to the basolateral regions of the epithelial cell line MDCK. The mammalian homolog of Scribble has a primary structure and subcellular localization similar to that of its fly homolog, but its function remains unknown. hScrib can have a potential role in the suppression of mammalian tumorigenesis. Alternative name: Protein LAP4
- Host: Rabbit
- Reactivity: Human
- Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known
- Immunogen: GST tagged C-terminus of hScribQ14160including PDZ3 and 4 domains
- Clonality: Polyclonal
- Applications: Western blot (WB)
- Dilution: 1 : 5 000 (WB)
- Purity: Serum
- Format: Lyophilized
- Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 100 µl of sterile water
- Molecular Weight: 175 kDa
- Precautions: Reactivity showed on dilluted human cell culture extracts
- Storage Conditions: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
