Description
DBCO-acid GMP is a GMP grade DBCO-acid. DBCO-acid is a click chemistry reagent used in the synthesis of ADC linker DBCO-NHS ester ((HY-115524) and (HY-115545) ), and agent-linker conjugates DBCO-PEG-MMAE (HY-111012 and HY-126690). DBCO-acid contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups[1][2][3][4].
