Nek2-IN-5 (compound 6) is a potent and irreversible Nek2 ((Never in mitosis gene a) -related kinase 2) inhibitior[1]. Nek2-IN-5 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
