After deacetylation by SIRT-1, the fluorescent substrate generates an activated fluorescent substrate, which can be decomposed by proteases to produce fluorescent substances. The maximum excitation wavelength of fluorescent substances is 340 nm, and the maximum emission wavelength is 440 nm.
