Description
ZNL-0056 is an orally active ATP-competitive inhibitor that targets both the Cys797 and Cys775 in the ATP binding site of EGFR. ZNL-0056 selectively inhibits EGFR and its downstream signaling in H3255 cells. ZNL-0056 can be used for the research of cancer[1].
