Sym-021

• Description :

  Sym-021 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting PDCD1/PD-1/CD279. Sym-021 blocks the binding of PD-L1 and PD-L2 ligands, inducing the secretion of interferon IFN-γ and IL-2 and the proliferation of T cells. Sym-021 has anti-tumor activity in PDX mouse models[1].
