AMG-315

• Description:

  AMG-315 is a selective and potent CB1 agonist with a Ki of 7.8 nM and an EC50 of 0.6 nM. AMG-315 can significantly inhibit the cAMP production induced by Forskolin (HY-15371) with the maximum inhibitory effect reaching 76%. AMG-315 has significant stability against all endogenous cannabinoid hydrolases and oxidases. AMG-315 increases the mechanical withdrawal threshold in CFA (HY-153808) -induced inflammatory pain model. AMG-315 can be used for the research of inflammation[1].
