  PAD-IN-4 is a potent PAD inhibitor (PAD 1/4, IC50 = 0.273/0.24 μM) . PAD-IN-4 shows no significant cytotoxicity against A549 or MDA-MB-231 cells. PAD-IN-4 can be used for the study of cancer and autoimmune diseases[1].
