  CHMFL-KIT-031 is a highly selective KIT V559D inhibitor, with an IC50 of 28 nM. CHMFL-KIT-031 potently affects KIT V559D mutant’s phosphorylation at Y703/719/823 sites. CHMFL-KIT-031 inhibits the tumor growth in BaF3-TEL-KIT-V559D cell inoculated mouse model[1].
