Description
NK7-902 (diTFA) is a CRBN molecular glue degrader targeting NEK7. It fully degrades NEK7 in human primary monocytes and whole blood, though it only partially inhibits NLRP3-dependent IL-1β production. NK7-902 (diTFA) induces deep and sustained degradation of NEK7 but only temporarily blocks NLRP3 inflammasome activation in non-human primates via oral administration. Additionally, NK7-902 (diTFA) exhibits activity in mouse systems.
