Description
CGAS-IN-8 is an indazole-based inhibitor of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS), demonstrating an IC50 of 6 nM for human cGAS. It inhibits the production of cGAMP in THP-1 cells with an IC50 of 0.12 μM. Notably, cGAS-IN-8 does not inhibit hERG activity and is applicable in the study of autoimmune diseases.
