Description
CGAS-IN-7 is an inhibitor of the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) with an IC50 value of 0.66 μM for human cGAS. It moderately reduces cGAMP levels in THP1 cells and is applicable in Alzheimer's disease research.
