KH176m is a selective mPGES-1 inhibitor and redox modulator. It suppresses prostate cancer spheroid growth in vitro and demonstrates therapeutic potential for cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury by mitigating oxidative stress, as shown in relevant in vivo models.
