Description
ITK Degrader 1 is a potent and selective small molecule degrader of interleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase (ITK), demonstrating in vivo activity (DC50=3.6 nM in mice) and effectively inhibiting T-cell receptor-stimulated IL-2 secretion in Jurkat cells (EC50=35.2 nM) . This compound is a valuable chemical probe for researching ITK's role in T-cell signaling and immune responses, both in cellular and animal models.
