Description
Antitumor agent-60 is a small molecule CRAF inhibitor (Kd: 721.3 nM) that disrupts the RAS-RAF pathway. It induces cell cycle G2/M arrest, apoptosis, and elevates p53/ROS in vitro, and demonstrates in vivo efficacy by suppressing tumor growth in A549 xenograft models.
