8-Hydroxyguanosine, an oxidized nucleoside, is a marker of RNA oxidative damage and oxidative stress. 8-Hydroxyguanosine stimulates proliferation and differentiation of murine B cells with immunostimulatory activity. 8-Hydroxyguanosine is promising for research of Alzheimer’s disease and Down’s syndrome[1][2][3][4].
