  CPD-10 is a potent CCND1 and CDK4 PROTAC degrader. CPD-10 shows anti-proliferation. CPD-10 induces apoptosis. CPD-10 decreases the protein expression of cyclin D1, cyclin D3, CDK4, P-Rb (5807/811) in a dose-dependent manner.
