Description
N- (2,6-Dimethylphenyl) -2- (piperazin-1-yl) acetamide-d6 (N-[ (2-chlorophenyl) carbamoyl]phenylalanine-d6) is deuterium-labeled CVT-2738. CVT-2738 is an orally active metabolite of Ranolazine (HY-B0280). CVT-2738 has a protective effect against isoprenaline (HY-108353) -induced myocardial ischemia in mice. CVT-2738 can be used in myocardial ischemia research[1].
