Description
Trimethoprim fumaric acid (Compound CDI) is a universal hapten for ASGs (Antibacterial synergists) and can be used to design broadly specific monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against ASGs. The mAb developed by Trimethoprim fumaric acid can be applied in ELISA to detect the residues of ASGs in foods of animal origin[1].
