    KFU-127 (Compound 6b) is a broad spectrum topical antimicrobial capable of one-shot targeting of bacterial and fungal-bacterial biofilms. KFU-127 is considerably toxic for eukaryotic cells[1]. KFU-127 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
