Description
FGFR4-IN-12 (Compound A34) is a potent inhibitor of FGFR4. FGFR4-IN-12 exhibits improved FGFR4 inhibitory capability and selectivity and excellent anti-proliferative activities against FGFR4-dependent HCC cell lines. FGFR4-IN-12 has the potential for the research of cancer diseases[1]. FGFR4-IN-12 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
