  BPH-675 is a large bisphosphonate inhibitor with long hydrophobic side chains and a potent and selective geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase (GGPPS) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.71 μM. GGPPS inhibitor promotes HUVEC apoptosis[1][2].
