• Description:

  RU 59063 is an N-substituted arylthiohydantoin compound with antiandrogenic activity and high relative binding affinity for the rat androgen receptor. RU 59063 is a nonsteroidal androgen receptor that functions as a radioactive AR radioprobe (Ki: 0.71 nM, rAR) when its trifluoromethyl group is replaced by a similar hydrophobic iodine atom[1][2].
