  SBT-100 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting STAT3. SBT-100 inhibits IL-6-mediated P-STAT3 nuclear translocation in HEp-2 and PANC-1 cells. SBT-100 has tumor growth inhibitory effects on MDA-MB-231[1].
