• Description :

  PPARα/δ agonist 3 (Compound 8) is the orally active agonist for PPAR, that activates PPARα, PPARδ and PPARγ with EC50s of 5.6, 3.4 and 1278 nM, respectively. PPARα/δ agonist 3 exhibits anticholestatic activity in mouse ANIT- or CDCA (HY-76847) -induced cholestatic liver disease models[1].
