  BChE-IN-33 (compound 4r) is an aromatic amino naphthol derivative and an effective inhibitor of butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) with an IC50 of 14.78 µM. It also inhibits CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and CYP2D6. Exhibiting potent antioxidant activity, BChE-IN-33 has shown IC50 values of 150.48 ?M, 2.56 ?M, and 4.61 ?M in DPPH, ABTS, and Ferric-phenanthroline assays, respectively. This compound demonstrates potential for research in Alzheimers disease.
